"Teaching for Talent, Learning for the Future" Education Forum: Perspectives on Cultivating International Talent

ZZSH's principal hosted the "Teaching for Talent, Learning for the Future" education forum, which was honored to have Olivia Matthewson, the admissions officer of Cambridge University, Director He Xihui from the University of Taipei, entrepreneur and outstanding alumnus Yang Zhengda, and ZZSH teacher Lai Helong as representatives of academia, enterprise, and education to discuss talent cultivation in high school.

Drawing a parallel between education and food, the ZZSH principal emphasized the importance of recognizing individual differences in high school education, using the process of making popcorn as an analogy. This approach ensures that students of different abilities have the opportunity to flourish at the most appropriate time. As a result, ZZSH offers a variety of international courses and is committed to cultivating talent with international mobility, providing students with additional options for further studies.

The forum participants praised the benefits of international courses in bridging foreign studies and challenged students to embrace "three challenges" from the perspective of enterprise talent selection: challenging tradition, challenging oneself, and challenging the impossible, particularly in the rapidly changing technology age. They encouraged continuous innovation and the ability to adapt to change.
