Mr. Jon Matthews, from Fairmont International School, cooperates with our school in the Taiwan-US Joint Diploma Program. He is the project manager in charge of the partner school programs in Taiwan.

In today’s workshop, Mr. Jon guided the teachers of ZZSH to use multi-faceted lesson observation tools to effectively create a good learning environment in the classroom. Mr. Jon asked the teachers to self-examine the seven aspects of lesson observation, including fair learning environment, high expectations, supportive learning environment, active learning environment, learner progress monitoring and feedback, well-managed learning environment, and digital learning environment.
